LOW SEASON - 21st March to 14 June & 16 September to 19 December

  • Penthouse $1200 per night
  • Sub Penthouse $1000 per night

HIGH SEASON - 15 June to 15 September & 20 Dec to 20 March

  • Penthouse $1600 per night
  • Sub Penthouse $1200 per night

Terms

  • Rates are for 6 people - maximum 8 people
  • Extra Person $25 pp per night
  • Minimum stay 3 nights
  • Surcharge on 1 & 2 night stays = $230
  • All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST
  • Reservations

    • In order to confirm a reservation, we require a current credit card number (with expiry date). A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights applies (5 nights during Christmas and New Year 20 December to 10 January)
    • Full payment is required at time of booking

    Cancellation

    Q1 has 3 exclusive apartments and late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled the following applies:

    • Outside 60 days of arrival date a penalty equal to 3 nights is charged if the cancelation is received in writing
    • 60 days within arrival a 100 percent charge of the total stay applies
    Travel insurance which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda is recommended.

    • Meet and Greet at Q1 Apartments
    • Apartments serviced weekly
    • Kitchen and Bathroom consumables
    • Wireless internet
    • Sky TV, CD and DVD player
    • Hairdryer, bath robes in every bathroom
    • Private Ski Drying Room
    • Car Parking

    Pantry Stocking

    • Continental Breakfast items - juice, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter, spread - $25.00 per person per day
    • Cooked breakfast items - eggs, bacon, tomatoes - $25.00 per person per day
    • Wine and cheese platter - cheese, crackers, spreads, grapes and wine - $48.00 per person per day
    • Selection of beer - as per request - $poa

    Daily Servicing

    • $60.00 per day
    • Mid week Clean $100.00 per day

    Additional Services

    At an additional expense, and prior to Guests arrival, or during their stay, we can arrange the following services (but not limited to):

    • Private Airport Transfers with a general of Queenstown
    • General Transport i.e. Car Hire
    • Stocking the pantry with delectable treats and fine wines
    • In-house catering including private Chef or Gourmet Dinners
    • Sourcing Nannies or Babysitting Services
    • Restaurant, Golf, and Spa Reservations
    • Private ski equipment fittings
    • Activity reservations such as sailing, rafting, jet-boating etc
    • Infant cot and high chair hire

    Check in / out procedure

    • Check in time 2:00pm
    • Check out time 10:00am
    • Guests will be met on arrival and shown around their accommodation.
    • Guests will be met at checkout time

    Please note that there is no Reception area. If a check in or out time is required different to above, please arrange this directly with us.
